Returns & Exchanges Policy
At COHUDAS Collectibles, we are hobbyists too, and we want every customer to enjoy their purchase as much as we enjoy this hobby ourselves. We strive to provide excellent customer service and make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
During the Christmas holiday season, returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days after December 25th. Defective merchandise purchased during the holiday season must be reported within 14 days after December 25th.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Items purchased through COHUDAS Collectibles may also be returned or exchanged in-store, subject to the policies below.
Refunds & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Any used item

Nitro fuel, lithium batteries, or hazardous materials

Shipping-restricted items
-
Apparel that has been worn
-
Kits with broken factory seals
-
Nitro engines or vehicles that have had fuel introduced into the engine

Vehicles that have been operated

Drones, helicopters, airplanes, or aircraft that have been flown or crashed

Important Note
Although operated vehicles cannot be returned, we will always do our best to help customers troubleshoot issues and assist with manufacturer warranty claims whenever possible.
Restocking Fees

No restocking fees will be charged for items returned in brand-new, unopened condition (excluding oversized items).

Oversized items may incur a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost.

Returns received in opened, damaged, or non-new condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.

Defective Merchandise
Defective Item Policy

Defective items must be reported within 14 days of purchase

Defective merchandise is eligible for exchange of the same item only

Hazardous materials and shipping-restricted items cannot be returned
Manufacturer warranty policies may vary. In some cases, manufacturers or suppliers may require customers to work directly with them regarding defects or warranty claims.
When this occurs, COHUDAS Collectibles will assist customers through the proper process to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Damaged Package Claims
If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Providing photos helps expedite the claims process.

Lost Package Claims
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will either:

Replace the order, or

Issue a full refund
Before a lost package claim can be processed, shipping carriers require the following waiting periods:

eBay Orders
If your order was placed through eBay, please do not open a PayPal claim before contacting us, as this may delay the investigation and resolution process.
