Specifications The Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL 6.3 is a full-sized luxury performance car manufactured by Mercedes-Benz from 1968 to 1972. The car mated the 6.3L M110 V8 from the Mercedes-Benz 600 Großer with the body and chassis of the W109 300 SEL. When initially released, the 300 SEL 6.3 was the world's fastest four-door car. 6,526 were produced.
