Bricking Speed is a unique modular vintage-style race car designed to combine traditional Hot Wheels play with customizable building features. The casting features a removable rear wing and removable engine/driver assembly, allowing parts to be removed and swapped.
Even more interesting, the design is compatible with Mega Bloks/Mega Construx-style building pieces, giving collectors and younger enthusiasts the ability to customize the vehicle beyond a typical Hot Wheels casting.
This model is #165/250 in the 2022 Hot Wheels Mainline and 9/10 in Experimotors. Most importantly, Bricking Speed was officially introduced as a New Model for 2022.

Bricking Speed is one of the more unusual New Models from the 2022 Hot Wheels lineup because its design goes beyond simply being a diecast vehicle.
Designed by Kevin Cao, Bricking Speed was created as a modular vintage-style race car. Its rear wing and entire engine/driver section can be removed, exposing attachment points that allow the vehicle to be customized with compatible building pieces.
That gives the casting a connection to Hot Wheels' experimentation with construction-toy compatibility, which is exactly why it fits so well into the Experimotors series.
