Product Description

2026 Matchbox Ford Police Interceptor Black Security #88/125 JHN14 MBX Rescue

Add a stealthy law-enforcement and airport-security vehicle to your collection with this 2026 Matchbox Ford Police Interceptor, finished in Black with a specialized Security / Airport Support Vehicle livery.

Released as Collector #88/125 in the MBX Rescue Series, this Ford features bold SECURITY graphics, Airport Support Vehicle markings, unit number 26, shield-style door graphics, emergency-equipment detailing, and an understated all-black fleet appearance.

The casting is based on Ford’s Police Interceptor sedan concept and has been part of the Matchbox lineup since 2011. This 2026 version continues Matchbox’s long-running emergency and service-vehicle tradition with a modern airport-security theme.

Mattel product number JHN14 identifies this exact 2026 U.S.-carded release. Retail documentation identifies it as a licensed Ford model manufactured in Thailand.

The combination of Ford licensing, black security livery, airport-support graphics, and MBX Rescue placement makes this a strong addition for Matchbox police-car, emergency-service, airport-vehicle, and Ford collectors.

The car is New in package: See pictures for quality and variations. The card may have some shelf wear on corner and edge.

Collector’s Notes

The Ford Police Interceptor casting originally debuted in 2011 and was later retooled beginning in 2017. The 2026 version is therefore a new color/deco release rather than a new casting.

The 2026 JHN14 configuration features:

Black Body
SECURITY Graphics
Airport Support Vehicle Graphics
Unit Number 26
Shield-Style Door Graphics
Emergency / Fleet Striping
Black Wheels
Roof Emergency Equipment
Thailand Production
MBX Rescue
Collector #88/125

An interesting connection: Matchbox previously used a White Airport Support Vehicle version of this casting in a 2025 MBX Airport 5-pack. The 2026 Black version continues the same fictional fleet theme.

This is a regular Matchbox Mainline release, not a Super Chase.
