The distinctive graphics include black striping, weathered rust-style detailing, #43 racing numbers, Malle London, CC and Hot Wheels logos, creating the appearance of a well-used vintage competition car built to race on dirt, beach and tarmac.
This casting is particularly special because it was inspired by “Old Red,” a real 1931 Ford Model A owned and raced by Hot Wheels Design Manager Craig Callum.
Look closely inside and you'll even find a helmet with goggles molded onto the bench seat, a fun hidden detail for collectors.

The Ford Model A Custom ’31 made its Hot Wheels debut in 2025 and is based on a real customized 1931 Ford Model A known as Old Red, owned by Hot Wheels Design Manager Craig Callum.
