2022 Hot Wheels Knight Rider K.I.T.T. KITT Super Pursuit Mode HW Screen Time
 
The K.I.T.T. Super Pursuit Mode model is based on the season 4 version of the Knight Industries Two Thousand from the TV show "Knight Rider". In the show's last season they made an attempt to boost ratings by giving K.I.T.T. more features including the "Super Pursuit" mode and a "Convertible" mode. K.I.T.T. also has a restyled front nose that is unique from the other three seasons; this is difficult to spot on this casting.

No screen-used Super Pursuit Mode cars survive today; all were ordered to be crushed by Pontiac. There however exists a replica of the Super Pursuit Mode car built by Jay Ohrberg, who constructed the original Super Pursuit Mode cars.

The casting was retooled for 2022 for use in the mainline, featuring a different interior and some protruding portions "pushed" into the body slightly. 
 
⭐ Collector's Note
This particular K.I.T.T. deserves a little more explanation because “New for 2022” and “New to Mainline for 2022” are not the same thing.
The K.I.T.T. Super Pursuit Mode casting itself dates back to 2014, when Hot Wheels released it through its higher-end Retro Entertainment/Knight Rider line. Therefore, I would not advertise this as a completely new 2022 casting.
What makes HCV39 significant is that 2022 marked the casting's first appearance in the regular Hot Wheels Mainline. Mattel's collector listings specifically identify #133 as “New in Mainline.”
That is a strong collector point.
The car represents K.I.T.T.'s Super Pursuit Mode from Knight Rider. Rather than being the standard K.I.T.T. configuration, Super Pursuit Mode gives the car extended aerodynamic bodywork for its fictional high-speed capabilities.
An interesting Hot Wheels distinction
Collectors can find K.I.T.T. Super Pursuit Mode in both premium Entertainment releases and this 2022 Mainline release.
The premium versions use a metal base and premium-style wheels, while your HCV39 Mainline has a black plastic base and AeroDisc wheels.
