This casting is based on the Batmobile featured in the 2009 video game Batman: Arkham Asylum. The casting was retooled in 2015 to have a metal body, although there have been versions released since then retaining the original plastic body construction, particularly releases from Thailand.

The Arkham Asylum Batmobile Hot Wheels casting originally debuted in 2011 and was designed by Manson Cheung. Its design is based on the Batmobile featured in the acclaimed 2009 video game Batman: Arkham Asylum.
This HCW63 Dark Purple release appeared in the 2022 Batman mini collection as #2/5 and #32/250 in the mainline.
Three primary color variations of the Arkham Asylum Batmobile were released within the 2022 Batman series: Dark Green HCV63, Metallic Brown HCW59 and Dark Purple HCW63.
The purple HCW63 is documented as the third-color variation, making it a great piece for collectors attempting to complete all three 2022 Arkham Asylum Batmobile colors.
