Add one of Batman’s most aggressive video-game Batmobiles to your collection with the 2022 Hot Wheels Batman: Arkham Asylum Batmobile, released as part of the five-car Batman mainline series.
This casting is based on the Batmobile featured in the 2009 Batman: Arkham Asylum video game, with its long armored body, dramatic rear fins, exposed mechanical styling, and unmistakable dark Gotham-inspired appearance.

The HCW59 variation features a Metallic Brown / Dark Red finish, detailed headlights and taillights, heavy smoke-tinted windows, dark chrome interior, black plastic base, and gray RA6 wheels.
This release is #32 of 250 in the 2022 Hot Wheels Mainline and #2 of 5 in the Batman series. Mattel product number HCW59.

Designed by Manson Cheung, the Arkham Asylum Batmobile casting originally debuted in the 2011 New Models series and has remained a popular Batman casting across multiple releases.

Collector’s Notes
The Arkham Asylum Batmobile is based specifically on the Batmobile from the Batman: Arkham Asylum video game rather than one of the live-action movie Batmobiles.

For 2022, Mattel released several #32/250 Batman 2/5 color variations, including Dark Green, Metallic Brown/Dark Red, and Dark Purple. HCW59 identifies the Metallic Brown / Dark Red version.

The casting was originally introduced in 2011 and was later retooled in 2015. Some later versions use different body/base construction depending on release, making variation identification useful for Batman-focused collectors.
