The BMW M3 GT2 Hot Wheels casting is based on BMW's E92-generation M3 GT2 competition car, developed for international endurance racing.
This 2012 New Models release brought BMW's aggressive GT racing design to the Hot Wheels mainline, complete with its wide aerodynamic body, large rear wing and racing-inspired graphics.
The black V5561 version is particularly attractive to BMW collectors because its dark finish emphasizes the M3 GT2's wide-body racing proportions.
