Collector’s Notes
The #22416 / #1046 Police Cruiser is officially cataloged as a 1999 mainline release. Collector references document the exact configuration as White with Police/U.S. flag graphics, black interior, black Thailand base and 3SP wheels.
Many sellers also identify the casting as a Holden Commodore Police Cruiser, which can be a useful secondary search term on eBay. A closely related version appeared in the City Police 5-Pack, but that version used different wheels, so your carded 3SP #1046 should be identified separately.
