Add classic British off-road style to your collection with the 2022 Hot Wheels Range Rover Classic, finished in Cream / light yellow and released as part of the rugged Mud Studs series.
 
This officially licensed Land Rover casting is inspired by a Dakar-style Range Rover Classic and features a lifted expedition look, rear-mounted spare tire, off-road stance, and detailed adventure-themed graphics.
 
The Cream body features black mountain and topographic graphics, mud-splatter detailing, “EXPEDITION,” Fifteen52, RIGID, Land Rover and BFGoodrich logos, plus detailed rear lighting and a “MUD STUDS” license plate.
 
Chrome-rimmed “muddy” BAJA5 wheels, a black interior, smoke-tinted windows, and black base complete the off-road expedition appearance.
 
This release is #159 of 250 in the 2022 Hot Wheels Mainline and #4 of 5 in the Mud Studs series. Mattel product number HCX52.
 
Designed by Dmitriy Shakhmatov, the Range Rover Classic casting originally debuted in 2021 and has become a strong choice for collectors of Land Rover, classic SUVs, expedition vehicles, and off-road Hot Wheels.

Collector’s Notes
HCX52 is the second 2022 color variation of the Range Rover Classic in the Mud Studs collection. The earlier HCT76 release appeared in teal, while HCX52 uses the Cream / light-yellow expedition finish.
The casting itself was developed around a Dakar-modified Range Rover Classic, which explains the lifted stance, expedition graphics, and rear spare tire.
 
The Mud Studs series also included the Ford Bronco, Toyota Land Cruiser 80, Jeep Wrangler Treasure Hunt, and Volkswagen Baja Bug, making this Range Rover a good addition for collectors assembling the complete 2022 off-road subset.
