2022 Hot Wheels Lolux Red HW Hot Trucks 8/10 115/250 HCT33 New Model
Add one of Hot Wheels’ more extreme custom pickup designs to your collection with the 2022 Hot Wheels Lolux, finished in glossy red and released as part of the HW Hot Trucks series.
 
The Lolux is a dramatically lowered custom pickup featuring an oversized rear wing, exposed performance styling, exaggerated stance, and a design inspired by both drag and drift trucks. Its name is a playful reference to the Toyota Hilux, although Lolux itself is a Hot Wheels original design.
The glossy red body features white and orange graphics, HWGRFX branding, and racing number 33 on the hood, complemented by mismatched performance-style wheels, black interior, smoke-tinted windows, and a chrome-colored base.
 
This release is #115 of 250 in the 2022 Hot Wheels Mainline and #8 of 10 in the HW Hot Trucks series. Mattel product number HCT33.
 
Most importantly for collectors, HCT33 is the original first-year Lolux release and was a New Model for 2022.

Collector’s Notes
The Lolux casting was designed by Sonny Fisher and debuted in 2022. The original concept depicts a slammed pickup that could function as either a drift or drag-style truck.
 
HCT33 is the first-release glossy red version, while a second 2022 color, HCX16, appeared in teal/blue-green. Both were part of HW Hot Trucks 8/10 and carried collector number 115/250.
 
Because HCT33 is the first edition of the Lolux casting, it has somewhat better long-term collector interest than a typical older fantasy release.
