This heavily modified Honda Civic features an aggressive drag-racing-inspired design with a widebody stance, exposed turbo and intercooler details, and intentionally mismatched racing wheels. The front features yellow-rimmed 5-spoke wheels, while the rear uses smaller yellow-rimmed AeroDisc-style wheels.
 
The detailed racing livery features a white hood, red, green, black, and white graphics, the number 42, Japanese lettering, and distinctive “ASADA RACE GARAGE” graphics honoring legendary Hot Wheels designer Ryu Asada.
 
Released as Collector #204/250 with Mattel product number HCT11, this Sky Blue version represents the first-year debut of the Honda Civic Custom casting, adding extra appeal for Honda, JDM, Civic, and first-edition Hot Wheels collectors.

The model depicts a heavily modified EG-generation Honda Civic prepared for front-wheel-drive drag racing.
 
Its unusual wheel setup is intentional:

The casting features several tributes to late Hot Wheels designer Ryu Asada, including the prominent ASADA RACE GARAGE graphics. Additional hidden details incorporated into the casting also reference Ryu Asada.
