The Dodge Charger Drift is one of Hot Wheels' distinctive interpretations of an American performance sedan.
The casting originated from a real Formula Drift competition vehicle associated with professional drift racer Samuel Hübinette and the Nuformz Racing team.
Hot Wheels introduced the Dodge Charger Drift casting in 2010, combining the aggressive appearance of a competition race car with the recognizable styling of the Dodge Charger.
The casting was developed by Jun Imai with design assistance from Eric Tscherne.
Over the years, Hot Wheels has released numerous versions of this vehicle, including racing, police, fire department, and special-edition variations.
