The 2016 BMW M2 GJV64 was released as #3 of 5 in the 2020 HW Police Series, a Walmart-exclusive collection featuring police-inspired vehicles representing different countries around the world.
The BMW M2 represents British Police, joined in the five-car collection by vehicles representing the United States, Japan, Dubai and Germany.
An especially interesting feature of the series is its card-art variation. Early versions were released with a “Missing Logo” storyline, followed by another card version showing the Hot Wheels logo returned. The actual GJV64 BMW casting remained the same while the card artwork changed.
For collectors building complete store-exclusive sets or card-art variations, identifying which packaging version you have can add another level of interest to this BMW M2.
